POOLCORP is seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee internal transportation and asset utilization across 2,600+ fleet assets. You will lead a team, optimize costs, and partner with field locations to meet service goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in fleet maintenance management with warehouse equipment procurement. Knowledge of fleet software and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of fleet maintenance management experience.
• Experience with warehouse equipment procurement preferred.
• Familiarity with fleet management software and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Fleet Specialist and 2,600+ assets including MHE and trucks.
• Align fleet strategy with field locations to meet delivery needs and control costs.
• Monitor fleet utilization and performance using route optimization software.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and manage contractor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT and related regulations.
