POOLCORP is seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee internal transportation and asset utilization across 2,600+ fleet assets. You will lead a team, optimize costs, and partner with field locations to meet service goals.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in fleet maintenance management with warehouse equipment procurement. Knowledge of fleet software and regulatory compliance is essential.

Responsible for the overall efficiency of the internal fleet. The position has responsibility for total POOLCORP internal transportation expenses and seeks to minimize costs while optimizing utilization of all transportation assets. Seeks to provide the most cost effective methods to bring products in and deliver products to customers. Candidate will be a change agent using procedures, staff and third party solutions to bring the field service level up to expectations. Possess leadership skills, the ability to build a team and become a vital asset to management team. Manages a Fleet Specialist and +2,600 assets comprised of Material Handling Equipment, MD/HD Trucks, and LD Admin Trucks.
