Modivcare Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned Fleet Manager to oversee a corporate fleet of about 150–300 vehicles. You will shape fleet strategy, drive maintenance and compliance, and coordinate with Operations to optimize allocation and minimize downtime.

The role requires strong analytical skills, budgeting capability, and solid vendor management. Travel is involved, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost control across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of multi-state corporate fleet experience.
• Leadership experience in managing teams.
• Experience with maintenance providers and warranties.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and independent work ability.
• Budgeting and cost control experience.
• Vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the corporate fleet program.
• Oversee fleet strategy, maintenance, and compliance.
• Develop practical fleet solutions to support business.
• Create fleet profiles and allocation strategies.
• Manage budget and vendor negotiations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Lead a team with coaching and development.
• Travel as required and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Evaluate purchase vs leasing options for fleet assets.
