Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a strategic Fleet Manager to lead our corporate fleet program, overseeing 150–300 vehicles, licensing, maintenance, and vendor relations. You will drive fleet strategy, optimize allocation, and ensure regulatory compliance across multi-state operations.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in corporate fleet, strong data analysis, budgeting, and leadership experience, with a focus on reducing downtime and costs while improving safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 6+ years in multi-state corporate fleet.
• Experience leading fleet operations and managing budgets and vendors.
• Familiarity with DOT laws and fleet compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manages vehicle licensing and registration.
• Collaborates with Operations to determine fleet profile and allocation strategy.
• Creates fleet management parameters to support the business.
• Implements fleet maintenance and retirement policies for efficiency.
• Develops fleet cost models and makes strategic recommendations.
