Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Fleet Operations, to own the end-to-end lifecycle of Outpost-enabled mobile fleet assets, including company-owned and vendor-managed trailers. You will manage inventory, establish scalable logistics, and collaborate with PSO for site delivery and field support, ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing physical assets and vehicle fleets.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs with vendors and regions.
• Familiarity with fleet maintenance, compliance, and asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of Outpost-enabled mobile fleet assets and related equipment.
• Maintain real-time inventory across internal systems including GeoTab.
• Design scalable logistics processes for deployment and redeployment of trailers.
• Coordinate with PSO for delivery, setup, field support, and redeployment.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Ensure DOT and local compliance, registrations, insurance, and documentation.
• Onboard third-party vendors and monitor service levels and performance.
• Coordinate repairs and field support while minimizing risk and disruption.
• Serve as central contact for fleet operational issues across stakeholders.
• Own fleet documentation, audit readiness, and asset disposition with Finance.
