Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Fleet Operations, onsite in Phoenix, AZ. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Outpost-enabled mobile fleet assets, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, inventory, and disposition.

You will ensure readiness, safety, compliance, and reliability while scaling the mobile fleet footprint for public safety customers. You will partner with PSO, Finance, Legal, Operations, and vendors to build scalable logistics processes and manage

Qualifications

• Experience managing physical assets or fleet operations.
• Proven track record in leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Familiarity with fleet maintenance, DOT compliance, and registrations.
• Strong vendor-management, with multi-region coordination.
• Detail-oriented, ownership-driven, improvement-focused.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of Outpost-enabled fleet assets.
• Maintain real-time asset inventory across platforms including GeoTab.
• Develop scalable logistics for deployment, recovery and repositioning.
• Coordinate with PSO for delivery, setup, field support and redeployment.
• Design preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure readiness.
• Ensure DOT and local regulatory compliance and proper documentation.
• Onboard and manage third-party vendors and SLAs across regions.
• Coordinate repairs and field support with minimal disruption.
