Job summary

Budget Truck Rental, LLC in Mickleton, New Jersey, is hiring for an on-site clerical role supporting fleet maintenance and rental operations. You will manage inventory, process orders and invoices, and maintain vehicle records while coordinating movements and supporting vendor accounts.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, basic road safety clearance, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. At least 6 months in clerical or automotive settings is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License (Class A, B, or C).
• DOT medical clearance: ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Minimum 6 months experience in office clerical work, automotive operations, or familiarity with automotive parts and tools (auto tech coursework is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and operational support to fleet maintenance and rental operations.
• Manage inventory, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Maintain vehicle and fleet records and coordinate vehicle movements.
• Support vendor and supply accounts.
• Source automotive parts, tools, and supplies where location permits.
• Assist onboarding and training coordination and provide admin support to on-site leadership.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, processing purchase orders and invoices, maintaining vehicle and fleet records, coordinating vehicle movements, and supporting vendor and supply accounts.Depending on location, you may source automotive parts, tools, and supplies for box trucks and cargo vans, assist with onboarding and training coordination, and provide administrative support to on-site leadership. You will also communicate regularly with internal teams and external partners to help ensure efficient operations.As needed, you may be required to drive a Budget Truck on public roads to support operational or fleet needs.
