Aufgaben

• Supervise associates including staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Assist scheduling and ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Ride with drivers for training and evaluation purposes.
• Assist Transportation Director with daily admin, payroll checks, trip logs, and DOT compliance.
• Monitor vehicle safety, ramps/handcarts, seat belts and safe lifting practices; attend safety meetings.
• Track driver licenses, tickets, accidents, and risk data.
• Complete delivery and driver paperwork (invoices, DVIR, logs, fuel tickets).
• Maintain trucks/tractors/trailers via post-trip inspections.
• Help minimize expenses and ensure efficient route planning.
• Maintain shift flexibility and perform related duties.
