Job summary

You will analyze data on vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and compliance, then present findings to Fleet Management and DES Budget and Finance. The role includes training and coordinating staff duties, with focus on responsive customer service and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Six years total experience in customer service and fleet management.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a fleet management position.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise five Program Specialist staff and manage daily fleet operations for external agency accounts.
• Analyze fleet data and prepare business reports on vehicle utilization and fuel consumption.
• Develop training curricula on DES Fleet policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate vehicle purchases and vehicle surplus with agency contacts.
• Resolve citizen complaints and oversee records retention and staff administrative duties.
