Job summary

SidWainer is seeking a fleet operations professional to assist with fleet acquisition, maintenance, and dispatch. You will schedule drivers, manage vendor relationships, and lead safety and regulatory compliance programs in a fast-paced food services environment.

The role involves coordinating fuel and maintenance services, insurance coverage, and fleet budgeting, reporting to a manager as part of the operations team.

Qualifications

• Assists with the acquisition, operations, and maintenance of the fleet.
• Assigns vehicles and drivers, prepares schedules, and oversees dispatch operations.
• Develops and maintains vendor and service provider relationships for fuel, maintenance, and other essential services.
• Develops and implements safety, preventive maintenance, and accident prevention programs.
• May administer insurance policy coverage, negotiate agreements, and participate in claim resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manages fleet expense reporting and budgets.
• May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager.
