RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking an Operations Dispatcher & Fleet Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between customers, field crews, and internal departments for efficient scheduling of rental equipment and personnel. The role emphasizes strong organization, decision-making, and profitability support, with duties spanning dispatch, ticketing, inventory accuracy, and cross-branch coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or fleet management.
• High School Diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Technical or vocational training in logistics or related field is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for customers during rental engagements.
• Dispatch equipment and/or operators with speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Generate and manage work tickets for field operations.
• Monitor and understand the financial impact of dispatch decisions to improve profitability.
• Maintain open communication with internal teams and external clients.
• Provide technical knowledge and support to clients regarding equipment selection and usage.
• Review and prepare utilization and performance reports regularly.
• Plan and issue daily work tickets for field crews with accuracy.
