Job summary

Ameren Illinois is seeking a Superintendent, Illinois Fleet Operations to oversee all Fleet Maintenance activities across Illinois, including safety, operations, maintenance, repair, and reporting. You will direct repair/maintenance for about 3,300 units in both in-house and vendor environments, drive safety trainings, and ensure accurate regulatory records.

This role requires travel across Ameren Illinois service territories, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of EMPRV, MS Office,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Ten or more years of relevant Fleet Maintenance experience.
Four or more years of supervisory experience in Fleet Maintenance.

Responsibilities

Direct all repair and maintenance activities for approximately 3300 units in in-house and vendor areas.
Direct all employee safety and training activities to continually enhance the safety culture.
Ensure Fleet Maintenance records are maintained for external regulatory purposes and internal needs.
Maintain and develop improvements within EMPRV for maintenance activities including SOX and security requests.
Responsible for hiring and onboarding of new Fleet Services co-workers.
