8Fleet, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Specialist to join our Atlanta-based operations. You will ensure vehicles are ready for drivers at the start of each shift and accounted for at the end, managing keys, access, and basic maintenance tasks.

The role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to learn fleet software quickly. A high school diploma and background check are required; compensation is hourly with potential growth.

Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Basic knowledge of mobile apps and software quickly learning ability.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Vehicle and Key Management: distribute/collect keys and equipment at shift start/end.
Fleet Readiness: assist with cleaning and staging of vehicles for use.
Vehicle Inspections: conduct pre- and post-ride checks and log issues.
Technical Support: troubleshoot basic fleet app issues and escalate as needed.
Reporting: maintain records of key assignments and shift activity.
General Support: provide administrative/logistical support to fleet management.
