Job summary

Cogent Security Consulting LLC seeks an assistant to the Fleet Program Coordinator for managing the OST vehicle fleet in Albuquerque, NM. You will track usage, collect mileage, and assist with maintenance and compliance for DOE and GSA vehicles.

The role supports safekeeping of vehicle data, license plate programs, and coordination with the Fleet Coordinator to ensure timely operations and safety across the fleet.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a related vehicle management position.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an appropriate DOE security clearance.
• Knowledge of federal and DOE orders and regulations related to government vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Collect usage data for OST-owned vehicles and maintenance needs.
• Identify periodic maintenance requirements and basic car upkeep.
• Assist in DOT/compliance and OST property operations.
• Manage OST Albuquerque Headquarters vehicle pool including movements and scheduling.
