Job summary

Aleut Federal, LLC seeks a Fleet Manager and Property Administrator to support the DOE Office of Science ISC. You will manage vehicle data in CARS, FMVRS, FedFMS and related systems, and ensure accurate records for transfers, recalls, and property actions.

This role requires 1–3 years in inventory/logistics, familiarity with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics, and a HS diploma; CSCP is a plus. The position offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree or coursework in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or inventory control a plus.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Input specific vehicle information into the Central Automotive Records System (CARS).
• Update recall information in the vehicle record system.
• Maintain data for fleet transfers and title documentation (SF-97).
• Input data into Government license plate tracking systems and related records.
• Log and update FMVRS for vehicle sales or transfers as needed.
• Maintain DOE/ISC vehicle and property records and reporting data.
• Prepare and maintain property transfer forms and DOE approvals.
