Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Regional Fleet and Logistics Program Manager for the F135 International Program in East Hartford, Connecticut. This high-visibility role requires strong leadership across teams to ensure effective support for international customers.

The candidate will develop critical skills in logistics and sustainment while focusing on delivering excellent customer service and managing a skilled team. An annual salary ranging from $132,400 to $251,600 is offered, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical or program management experience in aviation.
• At least 3 years of managerial and leadership experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer issues and manage priorities.
• Track key delivery metrics and visit sites to support employees and customers.
• Ensure contract needs are met and hire new Field Support Engineers.
