Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead commercial aftermarket contracts in East Hartford. You will manage airline relationships, forecast maintenance and drive profitability across contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of cross functional teaming experience to include external support and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced degree and 7 years of cross-functional teaming experience to include external support and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support to interact with airline customers and deliver contract services.
• Drive long-term profitability by identifying opportunities to improve financial outcomes and manage invoices.
• Coordinate maintenance activity with global MRO network and provide technical guidance.
• Understand and enforce contract obligations, negotiate solutions with airlines to resolve disputes and de-risk provisions.
