Qualifications

• 3+ years of Fleet Management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• In-depth knowledge of fleet compliance, vehicle maintenance, and safety requirements.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet operations: repairs, registrations, and insurance.
• Maintain records of fleet repairs using fleet management software.
• Supervise fleet repair team to ensure timely maintenance.
• Monitor fleet performance and seek cost reductions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local fleet laws.
• Manage vendor relationships for parts and services.
• Organize weekly engine tests for large equipment.
