SERVPRO of Chesterfield is seeking a hands-on Fleet Manager to oversee the organization’s fleet operations in Chesterfield. You will manage repairs, registrations, insurance, and documentation while leading the fleet repair team to ensure timely maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in fleet management, strong organizational skills, and deep knowledge of fleet compliance and vehicle maintenance. A valid driver’s license is required and the role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Fleet Management experience.
• In depth knowledge of fleet compliance, vehicle maintenance, and safety requirements.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Company’s Fleet operation, including oversight on repairs, registration, and insurance requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records of all fleet repairs and maintenance using organization’s fleet management software
• Manage fleet repair team to ensure timely repairs and maintenance are completed
• Monitor fleet performance and identify ways to reduce costs and improve overall efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to fleet operations, including licensing, registration, and inspections
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective ordering of parts, maintenance services, and repair services
• Organize weekly engine tests for all large equipment, including generators, compressors, vehicles, etc.
