Qualifications

• 3+ years of Fleet Management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of fleet compliance, vehicle maintenance, and safety requirements.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Company's Fleet operation, including oversight on repairs, registration, and insurance requirements
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records of all fleet repairs and maintenance using organization's fleet management software
• Manage fleet repair team to ensure timely repairs and maintenance are completed
• Monitor fleet performance and identify ways to reduce costs and improve overall efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to fleet operations, including licensing, registration, and inspections
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective ordering of parts, maintenance services, and repair services
• Organize weekly engine tests for all large equipment, including generators, compressors, vehicles, etc.
