Qualifications

• 3+ years of Fleet Management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• In-depth knowledge of fleet compliance and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Company’s Fleet operation, including oversight on repairs, registration, and insurance requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records of all fleet repairs and maintenance using organization’s fleet management software.
• Manage fleet repair team to ensure timely repairs and maintenance are completed.
• Monitor fleet performance and identify ways to reduce costs and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to fleet operations, including licensing, registration, and inspections.
• Organize weekly engine tests for all large equipment, including generators, compressors, vehicles, etc.
