SERVPRO of Chesterfield is seeking a hands-on Fleet Manager to oversee our Chesterfield Office fleet operations. You will manage repairs, registrations, and insurance, ensuring efficient asset use and regulatory compliance across the fleet.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Fleet Management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of fleet compliance and safety requirements.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Company's Fleet operation, including oversight on repairs, registration, and insurance requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records of all fleet repairs and maintenance using organization's fleet management software.
• Manage fleet repair team to ensure timely repairs and maintenance are completed.
• Monitor fleet performance and identify ways to reduce costs and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to fleet operations, including licensing, registration, and inspections.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective ordering of parts, maintenance services, and repair services.
• Organize weekly engine tests for all large equipment, including generators, compressors, vehicles, etc.
