SERVPRO Team Toft is seeking an Operations Support Manager to oversee warehouse, fleet, equipment, tools, inventory, and facilities. You will ensure technicians have the resources to deliver exceptional service daily.

The role emphasizes organizing operations, maintaining equipment, and driving process improvements. Candidates should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating across departments to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, logistics, fleet, or operations management.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience managing inventory and company assets.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for a 44,000-square-foot facility.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, equipment staging, and material storage.
• Improve warehouse organization and operational efficiency.
• Oversee ~40 company vehicles and coordinate maintenance.
• Maintain restoration equipment and tools; schedule preventative maintenance.
• Maintain inventory levels for equipment, PPE, and supplies.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and logistics; ensure safety and security systems.
