Job summary

Covenant Logistics is seeking a results-driven manager to oversee a dedicated fleet of professional drivers in a fast-paced environment. You will manage service reliability, coordinate with dispatch and planning, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance and timely communications with drivers.

Responsibilities include tracking loads, ETAs, and home-time requests, while collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and optimize utilization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or related field preferred.
• AS400 and/or TMW experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage dedicated fleet of professional drivers and oversee operations.
• Track and trace loads and monitor ETAs/PTAs to keep customers informed.
• Address service failures and driver/dispatcher issues to reduce turnover and improve safety.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure compliance with DOT/HOS rules.
• Update payroll, advances, and fuel issues; respond to driver messages promptly.
