Qualifications

• Associate degree in fleet management, automotive technology, business, public administration, logistics, or related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible fleet, vehicle maintenance, or related experience with supervisory/work-lead responsibilities.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan and document preventive maintenance and readiness for vehicles and equipment.
• Supervise fleet staff, set schedules, coach, and evaluate performance.
• Maintain accurate asset records including vehicles, registrations, warranties, and costs.
• Provide procurement input and recommendations; escalate issues per policy.
