Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required along with 3 years of fleet, customer service, transportation, or related experience, including leadership.
• Georgia driver's license and insurable driving record may be required.
• Current NAFA CAFM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet service planning and maintenance contract oversight for Emory's automotive fleet.
• Manage procurement, licensing, maintenance, repair, and operation of fleet vehicles.
• Implement policies, procedures, and program guidelines; manage the customer support function.
• Supervise staff within the Fleet program and ensure compliance with laws and emissions mandates.
• Maintain records for inspections, maintenance, costs, and insurance.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints to improve fleet performance.
