zTrip in Galveston, TX is seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to lead dispatchers, drivers, and operations teams, driving safe, efficient service for passengers and our network. This hands-on leader will recruit, coach, and develop staff, foster a performance-driven culture, and push continuous improvement across all operational areas.

• Support strategic initiatives designed to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Champion a culture focused on outstanding customer service.
• Assist in resolving escalated customer concerns and operational issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with passengers, drivers, and community partners.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements that enhance the customer experience.
• Represent zTrip professionally within the local community and transportation industry.
• Review operational reports, performance metrics, and KPIs.
• Support initiatives that improve productivity, service quality, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals and growth objectives.
• Assist with workforce planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational projects.
