Job summary

Tower Extrusions, LLC. in Wylie, TX is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to oversee the truck and trailer fleet, ensuring safety, compliance, and on‑time delivery. You will manage maintenance, track costs, and collaborate with drivers daily.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, records management, fuel and expense tracking, and coordinating with logistics and repair shops. This role reports to the Shipping Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet maintenance and trucking operations.
• Knowledge of DOT vehicle maintenance and inspection requirements.
• Ability to maintain detailed maintenance and expense records.
• Experience with telematics or ELD systems (Samsara or similar).

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and repairs for truck and trailer fleet.
• Maintain maintenance, inspection, registration, and warranty records.
• Track equipment-related expenses and budget performance.
• Manage Samsara ELD and telematics, including hours of service and GPS.
• Coach drivers on safe equipment operation and respond to safety alerts.
