Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in fleet coordinating or management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in MS Office with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and solid decision‑making under pressure.
• Clean motor vehicle record with an active, valid driver's license; able to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform sustained standing, climbing ladders, bending and kneeling.
• Preferred: experience with fleet management systems and/or Samsara software.

Responsibilities

• Track scheduled maintenance for all branch trucks and vans; coordinate service with dispatch and report downtime to the Operations Manager.
• Conduct vehicle spot checks to verify safety equipment and DVIR compliance; maintain clean vehicles with accurate utilization reporting.
• Coordinate vehicle breakdown and accident processes; maintain fleet documentation and registrations.
• Issue paperwork, wraps, GPS units, tools, and inventory to new fleet vehicles; manage tool checkouts and quarterly audits.
