Dry Force Corp in Irving, TX is seeking a Fleet and Asset Manager to oversee vehicles, equipment, and operational assets across field locations. You will drive compliance, preventive maintenance, and accurate asset tracking while reducing costs and improving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate should have 5+ years in fleet or asset management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with Operations, HR, and Safety teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fleet, asset, or logistics management.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and field operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Fleet Safety Program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain driver records, including MVRs and licenses.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and upkeep.
• Monitor fuel usage, fuel card compliance, and fleet expenses.
• Investigate vehicle accidents and safety concerns; coordinate corrective actions with HR.
• Implement asset deployment and inventory procedures to minimize loss and downtime.
