Job summary

Meridian Grove Group in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our transportation fleet, plan routes, and supervise drivers to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods.

You will manage maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with logistics professionals in a dynamic Raleigh environment. A high school diploma and transportation logistics experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in transportation or logistics.
• Valid CDL preferred or required as stated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the transportation fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and route planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and maintain vehicle condition; perform regular inspections and maintenance.
• Lead and support a team of drivers; provide guidance and feedback.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Investigate and resolve issues or accidents during transportation operations.
• Maintain records and generate reports as required.
