Job summary

Flexdrive in Philadelphia is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee a fleet and a team of Operations Associates. You will report to the Regional Operations Manager and drive market health, cost control, and performance outcomes through data analytics and process improvements.

The role requires 4+ years leading retail or vehicle rental teams and 3+ years managing hard assets in fleet operations, along with strong vendor management and coaching abilities.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience managing Retail, customer service, or vehicle rental team.
• 3+ years managing hard assets in a fleet management business (car rental, FMC, etc) preferred.
• Experience managing vendors and partners.
• Ability to coach and develop team members within your org.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Operations Associates in the Philadelphia market.
• Drive operational excellence by analyzing market-level data and identifying performance gaps.
• Oversee end-to-end Express Drive rental process and ensure trainings are up-to-date.
• Manage vehicle supply lifecycle from in-fleeting to maintenance to disposition.
• Own onboarding and retention of site staff, including hiring responsibilities.
• Build relationships with service providers and internal/external partners to optimize vehicle quality and turnaround time.
• Maintain site safety, security, and compliance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
