Job summary

Peak Landscape, Inc. in Milton, WA seeks a Lead Fleet Mechanic to oversee maintenance and compliance of our vehicles and equipment for the South Seattle Branch. This full-time role focuses on safety, efficiency, and reliability.

You will manage a fleet of trucks and machinery, supervise shop operations, track records, and implement fleet-tracking software to minimize downtime while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in vehicle, diesel, and/or fleet maintenance.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or shop management role.
• ASE certifications or similar credentials.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of company vehicles, trailers, and small engine equipment.
• Oversee the general conditions of the shop and yard space, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, repairs, maintenance schedules, and compliance.
• Implement and utilize existing fleet tracking software systems.
• Coordinate with supervisors to minimize downtime of vehicles and equipment.
• Communicate with production teams to outline expectations and timelines for repairs and maintenance.
