Job summary
Peninsula Truck Lines, Inc. is seeking a Western Washington Maintenance Supervisor to oversee fleet maintenance for company trucks and trailers.
You will lead a regional maintenance team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations while driving cost efficiency and asset reliability. You will coordinate PM schedules, track maintenance records, and leverage telematics for predictive maintenance, partnering with operations to minimize downtime and maximize asset
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in diesel, heavy truck, or fleet maintenance.
- 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
- Experience with DOT/FMCSA regulations and documentation requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Western Washington PM schedules, inspections, and repairs for tractors, trailers, and related equipment.
- Lead maintenance technicians, schedule workflow, and set performance expectations.
- Provide training on new technologies, diagnostic tools, and OEM digital platforms.
- Foster a safety-first, collaborative, and continuous improvement culture.
- Utilize telematics and diagnostic data for proactive maintenance scheduling.
- Manage work orders, PM schedules, repair histories, and compliance records.
