Seattle Tree Care is seeking a Senior Fleet Coordinator & Mechanic in Seattle, WA. You will lead maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for a diverse fleet, including diesel trucks, trailers, chippers, and arborist equipment.

The role emphasizes ownership, safety, and reliable shop leadership in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years as a diesel mechanic, strong diagnostic skills, and experience with Samsara, Vermeer Diagnostics, and Cummins INSITE.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy equipment technician.
• Strong diagnostic skills across diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Reliability, ownership, and quality work in a commercial or industrial shop.
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and fleet platforms; comfort with tablets/smartphones.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on diesel trucks, gas vehicles, trailers, and heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct safety and compliance inspections on fleet assets and ensure regulatory standards.
