Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a hands-on Fleet Manager / Fleet Maintenance Technician in Nacogdoches, TX. The role oversees the condition, maintenance, and readiness of our Amazon delivery fleet and includes performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, inspections, and general upkeep to keep vans safe and operational for daily routes.

Qualifications

• Must be hands-on and mechanically inclined, comfortable working directly on vehicles.
• Able to identify and address common maintenance issues.
• Support drivers with vehicle issues in the field.
• Assist operations by completing Amazon delivery routes when fleet maintenance tasks are light.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs and upkeep on delivery vehicles to keep them safe and operational.
• Complete routine preventive maintenance (oil changes, tires, lights, minor repairs).
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues, damage or safety concerns.
• Repair/replace components such as mirrors, lights, tires, hardware as needed.
• Maintain records of inspections and maintenance activities.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for daily delivery operations.
• Assist drivers with vehicle issues during routes and provide basic troubleshooting or recovery support.
