Job summary

Zoltenko Farms Inc. is seeking an Auto Technician – Full Time to manage and maintain the company’s vehicle fleet, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and minimize costs. The role reports to the Director of Administrative & Transport Operations.

Responsibilities include scheduling maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, keeping service records, coordinating with external shops, and overseeing day-to-day fleet operations. The team emphasizes a busy environment and biosecurity.

Qualifications

• Two years management, automotive tech or delivery experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of vehicle maintenance preferred.
• Work is split approximately 80% hands-on / 20% administrative

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor routine maintenance and repairs for all fleet vehicles.
• Ensure vehicles comply with safety regulations.
• Maintain a record of all service schedules, repairs, and inspections.
• Coordinate with external repair shops and service providers for specialized maintenance.
• Must be able to function in a sometimes stressful and hectic environment.
• Must continually monitor and enforce biosecurity protocols.
• Must maintain facility cleanliness and upkeep, and coordinate building maintenance with the operations manager when necessary.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s fleet.
