Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related fleet management experience.
• Knowledge of DOT requirements and reporting.
• Knowledge of fleet asset purchasing policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet industry practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication and basic math, reading, and data-analysis skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, attention-to-detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work with vendors and IES employees effectively.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vehicle fleet operations.
• Plan and coordinate the acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement, and disposal of fleet vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with DOT requirements.
• Coordinate fleet inspection and maintenance requirements.
• Support appropriate vehicle maintenance intervals per manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain fleet records, including monthly vehicle inspection reports and vehicle-history information documenting maintenance, parts, and labor costs.
• Work effectively with IES employees, vendors, and other departments in support of fleet operations.
• Assist with warehouse and materials responsibilities as assigned.
• Follow all company safety policies.
