Job summary

Irving Oil Ltd. is seeking a Tractor Trailer Driver to safely deliver petroleum products to commercial and retail sites with a strong safety culture. You will load the fuel truck, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and adhere to DOT regulations while meeting daily route plans.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage, a sign-on bonus, a 401k match, and paid vacation. You will work 12-hour shifts with local routes and opportunities to support the community.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years commercial transportation experience.
• Experience with liquid loads considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Irving Oil products to various locations within required geographic areas.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure truck performance.
• Review and plan daily routes with Dispatch to improve efficiency.
• Safely load and unload products while following safety policies.
• Continuously evaluate safety conditions and report hazards to management.
• Complete daily shift reports and paperwork with accurate information.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, inside and outside.
