Job summary

MSX International seeks a Team Lead, Vehicle Administration embedded at an OEM’s national headquarters in Fountain Valley, CA. You will manage the Department Car program from order to delivery and lead the on-site MSX team within the department.

The role requires coordinating HR/payroll tasks, ensuring policy compliance, and driving program improvements with senior management. Strong attention to detail and reliability in a corporate OEM environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of team leadership experience with people management responsibilities.
• Experience supervising performance, scheduling, coaching, and disciplined conversations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic reporting/spreadsheets.
• Ability to learn and navigate enterprise systems and fleet management platforms (e.g., CVMP).
• Familiarity with HR functions such as timecard tracking and PTO processes.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the OEM Department Car program including orders, allocation, tracking, and disposals.
• Monitor and record activity in the Company Vehicle Management Portal (CVMP).
• Ensure policy compliance for all program participants across the department car program.
• Track expenses and coordinate with finance for reimbursements.
• Collaborate with Facilities on parking locations and logistics.
• Lead HR-related processes: PTO, benefits, timecards, and reviews.
• Coordinate IT service requests and system enhancements affecting the program.
• Onboard and mentor MSX staff embedded in the OEM department.
• Maintain strong relationships with OEM management and MSX leadership for issue resolution.
