Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee a large fleet of 250-300 vehicles, ensuring safety, maintenance, and regulatory compliance in the Rochester area. You will schedule services, manage registrations, and coordinate with repair facilities to keep vehicles ready for daily programs and medical appointments.

The role requires a high school diploma, PA driver's license, and 5+ years' fleet management experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license required.
• 5+ years of experience managing corporate fleets preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction while following all protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation and maintenance of a fleet of 250-300 vehicles, including wheelchair-accessible vans and plow trucks.
• Schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Manage registrations, renewals, and PennDOT documentation.
• Update EZ Pass, Toll by Plate invoices, and fuel PINs.
• Maintain fleet safety and cleanliness standards.
• Review repair requests and coordinate with service providers.
• Develop backup transportation plans for disruptions and weather events.
• Coordinate vehicle availability for medical appointments and daily activities.
• Monitor fleet expenses and regulatory compliance.
• Review accident reports and insurance documentation.
• Monitor GPS reports and address concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
