Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services is seeking a Fleet Coordinator in the Rochester area. You will oversee a fleet of 250–300 vehicles, including wheelchair vans and plow trucks, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance for all riders and employees.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; five years’ fleet management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Five years’ experience managing corporate fleets preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of fleet 250–300 vehicles.
• Schedule maintenance, inspections, and emissions testing.
• Manage registrations, renewals, and PennDOT documents.
• Maintain fleet safety and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with service providers for timely repairs.
• Develop backup transportation plans for disruptions.
• Monitor fleet expenses and insurance coverage.
• Ensure compliance with driving and vehicle regulations.
• Review accident reports and coordinate claims.
