Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
• Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and through email/text in a professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the fleet team in setting up state-specific fleet accounts and coordinating submissions.
• Help transfer, clean up, and properly link historical files to the correct vehicles.
• Support tracking and uploading maintenance spend into fleet software.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new fleet management software systems.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
