Job summary

EquipmentShare in Columbia, MO is seeking a student intern for Fleet Sales Support to join our Home Office. You will manage inbound emails, support the sales lifecycle from inquiry to invoicing, and collaborate with fleet ops, procurement, and marketing to keep projects on track.

You will build relationships, provide service to internal and external customers, and drive improvements in sales processes while thriving in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Math, Finance, Business or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong math/financial acumen and basic economics concepts.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience presenting to management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound email requests and answer complex questions promptly.
• Support the full lifecycle of the sales process from inbound requests to invoicing.
• Collaborate with fleet operations, procurement, marketing and other stakeholders to keep sales/projects on track.
• Understand and anticipate the needs of sales and internal teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and be a resources for equipment sales.
• Maintain high levels of customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Identify marketplaces and ways to improve online sales conversions.
