Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent with at least 10 years in power generation ops/maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and drive safety and reliability programs.
• Driver's license and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet-wide operations standards, management systems, and performance cadences.
• Oversee budgeting, outage planning, and capital allocation in collaboration with Asset Management and Finance.
• Drive safety, regulatory compliance, and reliability across multi-site portfolio.
• Integrate acquisitions and stand up new sites to established standards.
