Qualifications

• BS in engineering or equivalent from an accredited college/university.
• 10+ years in power generation operations and maintenance with multi-site leadership.
• Plant leadership: 3+ years as Plant Manager with safety, availability, budget and compliance accountability.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence: safety, regulatory compliance, reliability, efficiency, and cost competitiveness.
• Partner with Asset Management and Finance to translate operational drivers into production economics and capital decisions.
• Develop fleet metrics, definitions, dashboards and root-ccause routines.
• Lead annual and multi-year planning cycles for O&M budgets, outage plans, and capital plans.
• Develop and execute vendor/contract strategies to optimize cost and performance.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks including safety, environment, reliability, cyber/OT resilience, and supply chain vulnerabilities.
• Support M&A and stand-up of new sites, including integration of people, processes, systems and standards.
