ExcelliSearch, Inc. seeks a Director of Operations to build and scale fleet-wide operations across multiple sites.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will design uniform standards, management systems, and cadences, integrate acquired assets, and partner with safety, finance, engineering, and HR to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance. The role emphasizes leadership of Plant Managers, development of talent, and a structured integration playbook for new sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or equivalent; substitutions allowed year-for-year.
• 10+ years in power generation operations and maintenance with multi-site leadership.
• 3+ years as Plant Manager or equivalent with safety, availability, budget and compliance accountability.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to influence without authority and lead across functions.

Responsabilités

• Drive operational excellence across safety, regulatory compliance, reliability and cost.
• Translate operational drivers into production economics and capital allocation trade-offs.
• Develop fleet metrics, dashboards, and standard definitions across sites.
• Lead annual and multi-year planning cycles including O&M budgets and outage plans.
• Develop vendor/contract strategy to optimize cost and performance.
