Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or equivalent from an accredited college/university.
• 10+ years in power generation operations and maintenance, multi-site leadership.
• 3+ years as Plant Manager or equivalent with safety, availability, budget, and compliance responsibility.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong analytical and business-case skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence: safety, reliability, efficiency, cost competitiveness.
• Translate operational drivers into production economics and capital trade-offs.
• Develop fleet metrics, dashboards, and standard definitions.
• Lead annual/multi-year planning cycles: O&M budgets, outage plans, capital plans.
• Develop and execute vendor/contract strategy to optimize cost and performance.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks across safety, environment, reliability, cyber/OT, supply chain.
• Support M&A due diligence, integration planning, stand-up of new sites, post-close integration.
• Enable multi-technology execution and adapt standards to new technologies.
• Build a high-performance culture, mentor Plant Managers, recruit and retain talent.
• Collaborate with Environmental, H&S, HR, Engineering, IT/OT to align priorities and remove blockers.
