Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Director of Operations to stand up and scale centralized, fleet-wide operations across a multi-site portfolio. You will design operating standards, management systems, and cadences while integrating acquisitions and aligning with multiple departments to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.

You will build a high-performance team, standardize practices fleet-wide, and develop talent pathways for Plant Managers.

Qualifications

10+ years in power generation operations and maintenance; multi-site leadership experience.
Plant leadership: 3+ years as Plant Manager or equivalent with safety, availability, budget, and compliance accountability.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong analytical and business-case skills; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence without authority and lead across functions.

Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence across safety, regulatory compliance, reliability/availability, efficiency, and cost competitiveness.
Translate operational drivers into production economics and capital allocation trade-offs with Asset Mgmt and Finance.
Develop fleet metrics, definitions, dashboards, and root-c cause routines.
Lead annual and multi-year planning cycles for O&M budgets, outages, and capital plans.
