Job summary

Avis Budget Group in McKees Rocks, PA is hiring for an on-site clerical role supporting Budget Truck operations. You will provide administrative and inventory support, process orders and invoices, maintain fleet records, and coordinate vehicle movements to keep trucks ready for customers.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and computer skills with Excel and Word. The position offers hourly pay around $19 with benefits, and on-the-job training, PTO, and

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license (Class A, B, or C)
• DOT medical clearance required or obtainable
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and general computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication abilities
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform moderate physical tasks
• Willingness to work on-site in a shop/yard environment

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and operational support to fleet maintenance and rental operations.
• Manage inventory, process purchase orders and invoices, and maintain fleet records.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and support vendor and supply accounts.
• Assist with onboarding and training coordination; provide admin support to on-site leadership.
• May drive a Budget Truck on public roads to support operations.
